Return, Refund & Exchange Policy — MyRydeHub

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Important Nature of Our Products

MyRydeHub products such as embroidered patches, stickers, and rider wearables are design-led, thread-based, and batch-produced.
Thread shades, texture, stitch density, fabric base, and finish may vary slightly from photos shown on the website.
These are not defects but inherent characteristics of embroidered and printed products.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Minor colour / thread shade variation

  • Stitch pattern / texture differences

  • Expectation mismatch from photos

  • Size perception of patches (dimensions are mentioned in product details)


Eligibility for Returns

A return is only eligible if:

  • Item is unused, unstitched, unpeeled, unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • Reported within 48 hours if damaged/wrong item

  • You have proof of purchase


Non-Returnable Items (Strict)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom patches / name patches / made-to-order designs

  • Stickers once peeled

  • Patches once stitched / ironed / Velcro applied

  • Wearables once worn / washed

  • Sale / clearance items

  • Gift cards


Damaged / Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, email myrydehub@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos/video.
If verified, we will replace it at no cost.


How to Request a Return

Email myrydehub@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason

  • Photos

Do not ship anything back without approval.

Return Shipping

  • Damage / wrong item → we handle

  • All other approved returns → customer bears shipping


Exchanges

Place a fresh order after return approval.


Refunds

If approved after inspection, refund is processed to original payment method within 10 business days.
