We ship across India.

Shipping Charges

  • ₹99 flat shipping on all orders below ₹499

  • Free shipping on orders ₹499 and above

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Custom / made-to-order items may take 3–5 business days before dispatch

You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other locations: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / non-serviceable pin codes may take longer

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or operational issues beyond our control.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with reputed courier partners and are fully trackable. Tracking details are shared via email/WhatsApp after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout. MyRydeHub is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.

Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping will be chargeable at actual shipping cost.

Damaged Package in Transit

If the outer package appears damaged at delivery, please record a video while opening and email us at myrydehub@gmail.com within 48 hours.
